Research and Development

It is an area specifically designed for the development and production of spare parts for the naval industry, representing the beating heart of our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality in naval maintenance and repair services.

Advanced Technology

We have latest-generation technologies and engineering tools for the rapid and precise design and production of spare parts.
We use state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software for component modeling and simulation.

High Quality Materials

We are equipped to work with a wide range of materials, including stainless steels, special alloys, and advanced composites.
We select only the highest quality materials to guarantee the durability and reliability of every single spare part.

Specialized Personnel

The Technical Room team is composed of qualified engineers and technicians with years of experience in the naval sector.
Their expertise and dedication ensure that every project is managed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

Quality Control

We subject every spare part to rigid quality control processes to ensure the highest safety and performance standards.
Our procedures include visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and metrological analyses.

Quality Control

Anglotech has a metrological room equipped with advanced machinery and technological instruments for quality control.
The objective is to ensure every product meets the highest predefined standards, reducing possible defects.

In addition to traditional manual control instruments, our professionals make extremely precise measurements using two latest-generation instruments: the measuring arm and the 3D scanner.

High-definition technology

The six-axis measuring arm with probe tip is a precision measurement instrument for three-dimensional objects that allows for faster and more accurate acquisition of dimensional and geometric data compared to traditional instruments.

The blue laser 3D scanner is advanced technology for detecting the geometry of objects and surfaces, focusing on 3 key aspects:

  1. High-resolution precision (0.03 microns) ideal for naval applications requiring minute details
  2. Reduced blue laser noise, which is less susceptible to reflections and interference than other colors, allowing easy scanning of even shiny or transparent surfaces
  3. Data acquisition speed, reducing the time required for scanning even large objects.

For the design of mechanical parts, the creation of technical drawings, and prototypes, our professionals also use a 3D modeling CAD software and a filament 3D printer.
