A young and dynamic team is Anglotech’s true strength. More than 50 experienced and qualified employees make it an avant-garde, efficient, and well-structured company in every department.
The technical office staff is dedicated to constant quality control, research, and development. The workshop mechanics are able to perform any restoration work as well as the assembly of new products. The sales department responds promptly to quote requests and, together with the warehouse and the internal shipping office, form a perfectly synergistic group with advanced integrated logistics systems. Finally, the team dedicated to direct on-board interventions qualifies Anglotech as a safe and reliable partner even for emergencies.
As every ship has its captain, Anglotech also has its own: Fabio Nicoli, founder and CEO.
For over 25 years, Fabio has charted the company’s course with great experience and passion.

Fabio Nicoli
I am Fabio Nicoli, founder and CEO of Anglotech SRL.
My adventure in the maritime sector began in 1994 when I moved to the United Kingdom.
Little more than twenty years old, I already had a clear vision of my future and, strong of that experience, I decided to return to Italy to found my company.
The choice of the name was simple: I wanted something that combined my past experience in the United Kingdom with what I intended to build here in Italy.
Thus, in 1998, ANGLOTECH S.r.l. was born.
Since I was a boy, my passion for sailing has created an indissoluble bond with the sea.
Today more than ever, I feel my commitment to the environment as an absolute priority.
For this reason, I have made sustainability one of the cornerstones and essential points of my company’s philosophy.
I experience the sea for work, but it is also the place where I find myself and my greatest joys.
It is there that I recharge and find inspiration to continue guiding Anglotech towards new horizons.
